Hello!  I'm Racheal Anilyse!  Art + design are how I commnicate.  I am an illustrator, graphic designer, word nerd, avid tea drinker, dance party enthusiast + indie publisher from Connecticut. I'm a Hartford Art School graduate and I am the creator behind Underground Art School. Ya know, the super rad magazine/blog for art students and young professionals. I'm a weekly contributor to the AWESOME art + illustration blog Pikaland AND Peculiar Bliss. I'm currently working towards the children's book market because that is where my heart is. Parents: don't be afraid!

I'm completely creeped out by sharing personal stuff online (my life is boring anyway), so this blog is mainly where I talk about my art, inspirations, career, and other peoples art careers. 

I apologize for this but I have to tell you that this blog is comment free due to an overwhelming and scary amount of spam commenting I receive. It's cool though because I have email. I do like making new friends...emails are always welcomed.
